Jade Sowry
Clinic Manager
Jade is the lovely voice you will hear when you ring with your emergency or to book a routine large animal call. She is magic on the diary, ensuring vets make it out to you as soon as we can manage. While it's often a juggling act, Jade is always trying to provide you with service promptly.
Alby Newell
Commercial Manager
Alby has lived in and been a part of the Tararua District for 40 years. After 10 years of dairy farming, he worked as a Technical Field Officer in the rural retail industry, a job he held for 10 years. Alby's role focuses on animal health and providing a service of advice to Tararua Veterinary Service’s clients.
Lorraine Emery
Business Support
Lorraine is a long time community dairy farmer. Lorraine, alongside our vets, ensures our farmers are getting regular attention through our Animal Health Planners, which aim to minimise illness and maximise animal performance.
Bex Perry
Business Support
Bex joined us recently, although she has lived in and around Pahiatua for most of her life. Bex is enjoying the fast paced environment and loves that there are always new things happening and new products on the market to learn about. She also loves working with like-minded animal lovers (both colleagues and clients!)
Sarah Mahoney
Business Support
Sarah O'Hagan
Business Support
Sarah has worked for Tararua Vets for two years but worked for its predecessor, Bush Vets, for 20 years. Sarah loves the variety that comes with working in a vet clinic and enjoys living in a small rural community because everyone knows everyone!
Delwyn Blackwell
Business Support
Delwyn is another recent addition to our team and has fit right in with her love for helping clients and providing top quality service. She is enjoying the friendliness of our clients and wider community so much that she is hoping to relocate from Palmerston North to the Tararua District very soon!
Marama Wiri
Business Support
Marama is our latest addition to the team, having worked for LIC for the past five years - she was mostly involved in herd testing but also did the odd job of DNA testing cattle and completing herd audits. She currently lives in Woodville with her mother and two daughters, who she adores spending time.
