Due to the implementation of Alert Level 4 it is with regret that we are shutting the doors of Totally Groomed in our Feilding clinic until restrictions have been lifted. The health and safety of our wonderful clients and amazing team of groomers is paramount.
This means that for the next four weeks at least those pets that were due to be seen will not be able to have their pamper session and their appointment is unfortunately cancelled. As soon as we are operational again we will resume our calendar as it stands.
Our diary is booked out months in advance and unfortunately for those animals that miss out on their groom, and for those that don’t already have a pre booked appoint going forward, we will contact you to schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and patience over this time.

We are committed to the protection of customers and our people while maintaining a high standard of care for our patients.
We have put in place several measures to help protect everyone whilst allowing us to remain open and functioning.
Throughout the day we have increased the sanitation of our clinics including entranceways, door handles, reception, waiting areas and eftpos machines.
While you are in the clinic your assistance with the following is appreciated:
- Please follow the good hygiene practices recommended by the Ministry of Health.
- Do use the hand sanitisers we have provided, and we encourage good respiratory hygiene when coughing or sneezing.
- If you are feeling unwell with flu like symptoms or are self-isolating and you require veterinary services for your animals or you need a product, please call our clinic so we can assess the best way to proceed.
There is currently no evidence that animals can spread COVID-19 to other animals, including people.
There is no evidence that they can become sick if they are in contact with infected people.
For now, it is business as usual and we look forward to seeing you.
We will be assessing our protocols as the situation evolves and will keep you updated with any further information. We appreciate your support and understanding.
